The Titan 4000 Hydroxyl Generator with Maximizer provides safe, chemical-free air purification and deodorization. Remarkably, it provides protection from both odors and germs! It is also entirely safe for use in inhabited areas including restoration sites, offices, medical facilities, eating establishments, etc.
Titan Hydroxyl Generators utilize a technology that combines TI02 and ultraviolet light to create a reaction that breaks apart the water molecule into a hydroxyl radical. This technology was originally developed by NASA to help purify the air in the space station. Consequently, it currently has applications for use in hospitals and Neonatal Units.

Titan 4000 is rated for 40,000 cu/ft treatment area when it is paired with our Hydroxyl Maximizer Cold Vapor Injector. The Titan 4000 Hydroxyl Generator is the only true commercial hydroxyl machine on the market. Unlike other fake Hydroxyl generators that produce ozone and are not safe for occupied areas, Titan utilizes 365nm to 385nm UVA TiO² Coated Photocatalytic Lamps and a permanent Anatase TiO² Coated Super Reactor Screen. This reactor screen is designed to hold the maximum amount of highly reactive Nano Sized Anatase Titanium Dioxide. As a result, electron hole pairs are formed that react with H²O and O² in the air to produce Free Electrons, Hydroxyl Radicals and Ionized Hydro-Peroxides. When these molecules are dispersed by the fan, they decompose organic and inorganic gases, as well as air pollutants into carbon dioxide and water.
Included with the Titan 4000 is the Titan Hydroxyl Maximizer. The Maximizer boosts the Titan Hydroxyl Generator’s performance by speeding up the production of hydroxyl radicals for odor removal. The Titan Hydroxyl Maximizer will hold enough water to run for up to 4 days!
Another advantage of the Titan Tio2 Catalytic Lamp is that it is self-cleaning and will perform at its optimum for a period of up to 8000 hours.
